We have put a lot of time and effort into our accommodation & have a few rules to keep it in good condition.

Summary of our Policies

As much as we love animals, we respectfully ask you to leave your pets at home this time.

We ask you not to smoke in our cottages as they are a free smoking zone. We have a designated smoking area outside the properties for you to use.

We provide free parking for our guests at the front of the property.

All of our cottages have disabled wheelchair access and we also provide bathroom aids in our accommodation as well.

Free wifi is provided at the cottages with high speeds.

We have a picnic area to the front of the property as well as a covered BBQ area to the rear.

Check-in is between 14:00-22:00, flexible according to your travel arrangements.
Check out before 11:00 on the day of departure, flexible according to your travel arrangements.
Free parking is available for all guests
Free wifi for the whole duration of your stay
We ask that you keep the noise to a minimum after 22:00

All damages and breakages must be reported; guests may be liable for replacement costs if deemed necessary.
A lost key will need to be reported and may incur a charge.
Please do not exceed the limit of guests within a cottage; if you invite others without notifying us beforehand, they will be asked to leave.
No parties unless confirmed before booking.

Smoking is not permitted within the cottages; we have provided a smoking area outside. A £100 fine will be given if guests break this rule.
Please do not adjust the radiators as these are pre-set. The room stat is located in the living room if you require a temperature change.
Please use the heat-proof pad provided in the top drawer of each bedroom for hot iron hair straighteners, curling appliances and hairdryers.

A non-refundable deposit of 50% is required upon booking.
All bookings must be paid in full 14 days before arrival
We are willing to work with you to amend dates if they no longer suit or need to be changed after your deposit is paid.

If a booking is cancelled less than 14 days before arrival, then a charge equal to the full booking amount will be applied.
In the event of a no show, the full cost of booking is charged

Our hot tub is not manned by a lifeguard; therefore, it is our guests’ responsibility to use our facilities safely and respectfully.

Please use the shower and wash off before entering the hot tub.
Do not wear any spray-tans, lotions, oils or skin creams in the hot tub.
Do not bring glass in or near the hot tub.
Do not use the hot tub under the influence of alcohol.
Do not exceed 15 minutes of immersion time in the hot tub. Make sure to take 30 minutes to cool off before re-entering.
Do not exceed the maximum bathers (one per seat)
Seek medical advice prior to usage of the hot tub if you are pregnant, have health problems or are immunosuppressed.

Children below the age of 16 are not permitted in the hot tub.
Please no jumping or diving in the hot tub, it is a place for relaxation, not an extreme sport.
Please use the railing on the stairs provided to ensure you do not slip or fall.
Please enter and exit the hot tub slowly.
