Before Check In
We may contact you to confirm the details of your arrival and to check if you require anything during your stay. You can also arrange a late checkout if needed. We believe in a personal touch to truly give a warm Irish welcome.
Upon Arrival
Check-in is anywhere between 14:00-22:00. We like to greet our guests upon arrival and tailor this based on your timing. We run you through the details of your cottage and also ensure you know how to use the heating and water heater.
Checking In
Upon arrival, you will find a tailored-made welcome basket. We like our guests to feel at home right away. If there is anything else you may need during your stay, we are always at the end of the phone.
Checking Out
We kindly ask that you vacate your cottage by 11:00 AM and ensure all of your rubbish has been placed into the appropriate bags. If your departure date is later than expected, we are always willing to extend this if needed, based on our availability.
Pick up your keys
Upon your arrival, we kindly ask you to give us a call. We will already know when to expect you, and we will personally greet you when you first arrive.
All of our guests get a quick introduction to their cottage and tour our facilities.
When you check out, we will arrange a time that works best for you, and we will retrieve the keys!
